Custom and personalised orders
A lot of my products can be customised for an additional cost - if you like my designs and need something specific, please do get in touch and we can talk through if what you would like is doable as a custom order.
Sizing details
Each listing has all product size information before packaging.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer a gift wrapping service at the moment - but my items are posted wrapped in protective wrap (where necessary), then tissue paper and ribbon/washi tape before being put into it's envelope/box/bag. I do include a business card/ thank you card but these are loose inside the parcel, not within the wrapped goods.
Shipping address
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is given at the point of ordering. I can only send the goods to the address I am provided with (which will show on your confirmation email) so cannot be held responsible if this information is incorrect.
Delivery Times
Where able, I have put estimated delivery times in my policies. But please bare in mind these are estimates only. Once the item has been posted, I cannot manage or control the speed it moves through the postal service.
If items do not arrive in the estimated time scale, please let me know. I cannot claim the product as lost with Royal Mail until 10 days after the latest estimated arrival date. Once we have gone past this point, I can look into replacing the order or refunding.
Christmas Delivery Times
During the festive season, it is expected that delivery times can take a little longer than normal. As a guide, I will always put the last recommended postage dates in my shop announcements and on the message to buyers email that is sent after ordering. If your order does not arrive before Christmas, I cannot be held responsible and will not offer any discounts by way of compensation. If you decide you no longer want the item as it arrived too late, please see the my shop policies to see how to request a refund, but be aware that the items must be returned in perfect condition and you will be responsible for the return postage fee.
